Service instructions for roller blinds:
- The chain mechanism should be operated smoothly. The window leaf where the roller blind is fixed should be opened/closed without jerks.
- When the roller blind is lowered/raised the chain should be held in vertical position.
- Avoid the mechanisms, brackets and fabrics being hit.
- Avoid the fabrics being bent, rubbed or constantly getting wet (except for Aqua fabrics).
- During repair works and window cleaning the blind should be rolled to its upper position to prevent the fabric from damage and dirt.
Cleaning instructions:
Roller blinds, like wallpapers, do not need special maintenance, but they should be treated with care. If some stains or dirt have appeared on the fabrics, use one of the following cleaning procedures:
- Vacuum-cleaning with a soft brush nozzle
- Cleaning with an eraser
- Removing the stain with a damp sponge and foaming non-aggressive detergent (chloride-free). Remove the remains of the foam with a clean damp sponge, leave the blind unrolled to dry up. The Black Out fabrics should not be subject to water cleaning.
